Cactus Leather Pvt. Ltd. collects and stores personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, and shipping address (es), whenever you place an order. Saved card details are secured from third parties and only used for respective order processing.
Online purchasing needs registration of the client through the input of personal data.
An acknowledgment email is received on placing the order which is NOT an acceptance but just a confirmation of the receipt of your order.
Various shipping modes are used in order to ensure safety and timely delivery of the goods at our clients’ doorsteps. We also send orders using DHL, UPS, TNT, Local couriers and Registered Airmail.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the receipt of your cancellation notice. Items should be returned unused, with all Cactus Leather Pvt. Ltd. Tags, authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags still attached. Return and exchange do not cover ordinary wear and tear or damages caused by external reasons (such as scratches, missing stones, dents, nicks, fading/chipping of the material on the product etc.)
- Warranty/ Return/ Exchange
We offer 180 warranty days on every item purchased. For return & exchange period, 14 days warranty is applied while 180 days warranty is applied to free repair. Item may be returned or exchanged ONLY if it is faulty. Warranty does not cover water damage and damages due to personal misuse or negligence.
